EXCHANGE POLICY
IN-STORE POLICY
No refunds, only exchanges. In-store exchanges within 15-days of purchase. Receipt is required.
ONLINE POLICY
If you receive your order and decide that you would prefer a different size or model you can exchange your unused items. We have a 15-day exchange policy. Shipping of the exchange plus the shipping the new item is the responsibility of the customer and any additional cost of the new items.
Items not in sellable condition because they have been worn or damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for exchange. Items that cannot be exchanged include, but are not limited to: gift cards, clothing/jewelry, clearance, and anything that is “custom” made (Size, Width, Color, Mounted,).
We do not offer Refunds only exchange or store credit. You are responsible for all shipping associated with a return unless we made an error in items shipped to you. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. A receipt or anything referencing your order number will work, and a return merchandise authorization is necessary. Here’s how to do an RMA
1. To ensure that you are properly credited, you must obtain a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by sending an e-mail to sales@skaterschoiceskateshop.com or by giving us a call 813-877-1997
2. Pack the product/s securely using original packing material. Remember, this is still your property and therefore, we will not be responsible for any shipping damage.
3. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on each package returned.
4. Include the following information in the box on a separate sheet of paper.
• a. Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
• b. Your Name, shipping address, and daytime telephone number.
• c. Model and description of the product(s) you want to exchange for.
• d. Description of the problem(s) – please, be specific.
• e. Proof of Purchase (copy of your invoice) – must indicate purchase date.
• Use UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service with tracking number and ship to:

6. The shipment must be prepaid and insured. We will not accept “freight collect”.
7. Exchanges are processed within 3 days of receipt as long as item is in stock. A restocking fee could be applied to cover credit card fees and manufacturer restocking expenses unless an error is made by us. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not exchange or credit products that have been damaged or if the items are returned in not-as-new condition.
Warranty and Defects
Goods are classified as faulty or defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. For most manufacturers, after 1-3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. We work with each individual brand and manufacturer’s warranty policy so please allow us 7-10 business days to follow up with the manufacturer as to how they would like us to handle your specific issue.
